My passion for health and fitness is fueled by perseverance and purpose. After being told my body had limits, I chose to redefine them. Fitness became more than training—it became my way of leading by example, showing others that strength is built through courage, consistency, and belief in yourself. By forging my own path, even when it’s terrifying, I hope to inspire others to do the same.

My favorite way to train is by integrating mobility, strength training, and functional fitness to support long-term health and performance. With a fused spine, mobility is essential for recovery, injury prevention, and movement quality. Strength and functional training build resilience, efficiency, and confidence—allowing me to lead by example and show that sustainable fitness is achievable for every body.

Winning $20,000 would allow me to eliminate the financial barriers created by medical and educational expenses, freeing me to invest fully in my health, training, and mentorship of others. By removing this burden, I can continue leading by example, advocating for sustainable fitness, and helping others overcome physical and mental challenges through education and empowerment.
