Receive Text UpdatesMy career as a paramedic taught me how fragile health can be. Fitness-and eventually bodybuilding-became my way to build strength, discipline and resilience. Training gave me structure during long shifts, PA school applications, and stepping into motherhood. Bodybuilding taught me consistency, self-trust, and how powerful it feels to care for my body in every season of life.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Strength training is my anchor. I love challenging my body in the gym, building muscle, and pushing past mental limits-but I also value balance. Walks, movement outside, and training with intention keep fitness sustainable, enjoyable, and something I can maintain through a busy, real-life schedule.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d invest in my education, support my PA school journey, and create content that shows other busy women-especially moms and healthcare workers-that health doesn’t require perfection, just consistency and self-belief.
