I’m passionate about health and fitness because I’ve seen personally what it can do. Discipline is key! When you keep showing up for yourself, eventually, it all adds up, and you start to see and believe, maybe I can do this! Maybe this IS possible! I love encouraging other women that this could be them too! Comfort kills growth, and it’s time to get uncomfortable!

My favorite way to train and stay fit is weights. I love to put my headphones on, get in that zone, and just lift! On non-lifting days, for cardio, I love to trail run! I love being outside! I also truly enjoy music and dancing, so a good dance fitness sesh is always good!

With $20,000, I would invest in opening my own studio where I could help mentor women and help get them where they never thought they could be! I’ve always been passionate about dance fitness/weight training and have always dreamed of teaching and leading my own classes in my own space! Seeing the spark light up in other women’s eyes, and seeing them finally becoming who they’re meant to be, is truly what fuels me! Having my own space to be able to do that, would be a dream coming into reality!
