Receive Text UpdatesI have extensive education in fitness with a bachelor in kinesiology and masters degree in Instructional leadership and counseling with a concentration in Exercise physiology. As well as an 18 year career, in health, fitness and employee wellness. But I began to pursue my career and further education because of my personal struggles which I later found out I have Celiac disease. I have also lost 100 pounds within one year.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is to strength train. As women seem to believe that building muscle will make you bulky. However that is scientifically incorrect, and building muscle is the way to change your shape and keep medical conditions at bay best for a lifetime.
What would you do with $20,000?First, it would assist me in supporting myself and children to make my fitness dreams come true. I would reinvest it in my business and personal business to produce a new type of band system I have been working on for the last 5 years.
