As we get older, we realize how mobility is even more vital as we age and staying healthy and strong, can lead to a more of a fulfilled and independent life as we get older.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train or stay fit is being conscious of what I eat every day and never going over my target weight helps me to always "stay training". Hydration is also a key to health and I always love to stay hydrated. I bring a water bottle everywhere I go! Every day we want to get healthier as we age keeping physically busy and mentally busy. I stay fit by golfing, doing pilates, yard-work/ physical housework or my job in Order Fulfilment keeps me moving all the time.
What would you do with $20,000?What I would do it $20,000 would be putting half into the bank and saving it for a trip out to Colorado to see our kids and grandkids and then paying off my bills... with a celebratory healthy dinner!
