Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

What fuels my passion is how fitness supports my mental health and keeps me grounded. Working out helps me clear my mind, work through my emotions and be a role model for my kids, and feel proud of myself for showing up. After surviving a brain tumor, becoming a mom of two while working a full-time job, I don’t take my health for granted. Every hard workout or hike reminds me how capable, strong, and grateful I am, and that mindset carries into every part of my life.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Both lifting and cardio are my favorites. Strength training helps me feel grounded and strong, while cardio—especially running or hiking helps me release stress and reset my mindset. I love pushing myself, whether it’s one more rep, a little more weight, or an extra mile. Reaching the top of a hike and seeing the view reminds me the struggle is worth it. Fitness isn’t about perfection or appearance. It’s about consistency and moving your body, even on the days you’re tired.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won $20,000, I would invest it in my health, my kids future, and continued growth. I’d focus on stability for my kids, and opportunities that allow me to keep growing and inspiring other women to prioritize their health and mental well-being.
