My passion for health and fitness was born from my own journey — from using movement to carry me through some of the hardest seasons of my life. I learned how deeply grounding, healing, and transformative it can be. When I teach my group classes or work with my private clients, I feel like I’m sharing that same gift. Helping people connect to their inner strength, and the parts of themselves they may have forgotten- that positive energy creates a ripple effect.That is what inspires me every day.

I like to mix and match ! I try to practice yoga 3-4x a week, Pilates 2-3x a week, and I try to get 2/3 20-30 min cardio workouts in- cycle or stair master are my go to. I teach weight training classes so that’s usually how I get weights in! Usually I’ll have one weight training day (full body) that I’ll fit in to my schedule as well.

If I received $20,000, I would pour it directly into expanding my wellness offerings with so much gratitude. It would allow me to create higher-quality content, invest in marketing, and access the business tools I’ve had to put off due to financial limitations. I’d also devote part of it to continuing my education, so I can keep growing, refining my craft, and showing up for my clients and community in the most meaningful way possible.
