I feel I've had a strong passion my whole life, however my passion recently grew this past year. A lot of struggles came up & my mental health tanked. I finally looked inward & made some changes in my daily routine, fitness routine, & set goals for myself. I noticed a total change & so did others around me. Health & fitness correlates w/ mental health & how we show up each day & face challenges. The stronger a woman grows physically, the stronger she grows mentally- a powerful force!!

My favorite has been the mindset of training like an "athlete". What I mean by that is incorporating heavy weight training, mobility training, LISS & HIIT cardio, & calisthenics into my workout split. I do believe training to obtain your optimal physique alone brings confidence, however I believe there is a whole new level when you not only have a strong physique, but can also do some damage! I call it "Beautiful Badass" !! Lift heavier & run faster than those around you and look good doing it:)

Winning $20,000 would bring stability & renewed confidence to my family after a challenging year. With that foundation, I could focus fully on growing my brand by improving my offerings and expanding opportunities. The goal is to build a sustainable business that creates long-term value & impact for women. It would allow this opportunity to grow far beyond a single moment.
