My passion comes from seeing how consistency can change the body and mindset. I once believed results came from a pill, fad, or suffering, but our bodies thrive when we don’t deprive them. I’m also inspired by women who connect through shared stories and support. When we find our people and allow vulnerability, the magic happens. We don’t have to suffer in silence—don’t do it alone.

I love to stay fit in many ways. Lifting heavy weights with progressive overload is my foundation, but I also value active recovery. Hot yoga and hiking allow me to slow down, release emotions, and reconnect with myself. Yoga creates space to let things surface, while hiking connects me to nature, the sky, and memories of my sister and son. Sunrise hikes, fresh desert air, and quiet moments remind me how powerful movement and nature can be.

$20,000 would help me begin building a business rooted in purpose. I’ve spent 28 years in corporate banking, with over 18 years in mortgages and most recently as a business banker. While I’m proud of my career, my purpose goes beyond numbers. Losing my sister and my son reshaped my life, and I feel called to use my experience to help other women. This funding would help me form an LLC and build my wellness platform.
