Not only do I enjoy being healthy/fit, I want to remain healthy/fit not only for myself to live a long prosperous life. I want to be there for my family-enjoy all of there activities, to have the energy/resilience to keep going so I don’t miss a moment of their lives and to be able to live mine to its fullest. What I’ve accomplished within the last year only proved to me how important health and fitness is.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I diversify a little by doing activities that I enjoy that require fitness activities like horseback riding, skiing, and hiking up mountain sides while hunting but my primary one I go to is weightlifting.
What would you do with $20,000?I would donate $5000 to our local women’s shelter, $5000 to the town I reside in to help build a pool that will be used not only for our kids but our local medical center for physical therapy and rehabilitation for community members, $5000 would be split between my two children for college, and the remaining would go to upgrading some of my home fitness equipment.
