My passion comes from lived experience. Movement has carried me through leadership, loss, healing, and growth. As a healthcare professional, I’ve seen how fitness restores confidence, resilience, and quality of life. I live it daily, not just for myself, but to help others realize strength is possible at every age and stage.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train for life. Running, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, and strength training keep me strong, grounded, and joyful. I love being outdoors! Movement in nature fuels both my body and spirit. I focus on functional strength, balance, and longevity so I can keep showing up fully for myself and others through work, adventure, and service.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest in community education around movement as medicine, working with local clinicians and outreach programs to help people safely move through injury, limitation, or life transitions. My focus would be meeting individuals where they are and empowering women and others in the community to regain confidence, resilience, and long-term health.
