I have always put my health and fitness first. I make it a priority on a daily basis to be in the gym and focus on myself even if it is for just 2 hours a day. I try to eat clean as much as possible and be a good role model for women my age and younger. I am a personal trainer at my gym and I teach senior Fitness classes for an amazing group of people. It is a passion of mine that I enjoy sharing with others.

My favorite way to train is with weights. I have enjoyed lifting weights since I was in my early twenties. I always admired female bodybuilders . I think muscles enhance the female physique. I combine my weight training with cardio for a complete overall body workout. Heart health is important as much as keeping your body strong physically. I train different body parts each day with weights and also add cardio in at least 4 days a week along with the weights.

At this stage in my life I would use the $20,000 to pamper myself. I am 65 years old and I have worked hard all my life. I want to enjoy my remaining years healthy and fit and would use that money to help enhance my health and fitness journey in every way possible.
