What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

LIFE itself. In order to fully live, we must first feel alive. To feel alive we must experience fully functioning movement that is easy, relaxed with full range of motion. We must feel energized & not feel we are being robbed of our energies with soreness, tightness & pain. This includes the fuel we use for our body so my eating habits & my constantly available energy sources mirror my zest for life & living always from a ready, constant source of energy of alive foods for a fully alive body.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Combination of Mobility Training with resistance training, dancing and running (the latter I do only when the weather feels cool enough) . I train and stay fit according to the seasons. I live my entire life seasonally so my training/fitness routine mirrors this too.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would go hiking in Switzerland or in the Canadian Rockies and take a teenage girl with me who has been parentless and without a family, going from foster home to foster home because she has been told that she is too old to be adopted. I would ask Child Services to help me find such a teenage girl and spend a month hiking with her and feeding her food that is alive and straight from Nature (so wild crafted or biodynamic ideally) and teach her to meditate and dance in the mountains and woods.
