What fuels my passion for health and fitness is healing, resilience, and mental well-being. During one of the most challenging seasons of my life, I was navigating difficult family circumstances that took a toll on my mental health. When stress felt overwhelming and life felt uncertain, fitness became my refuge and gave me a healthy outlet to release emotions, regain clarity, and reconnect with myself. I was motivated so much that I got my CPT certification so I can help others!

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I train with intention and consistency. My routine includes strength training multiple times a week, focusing on full-body and functional movements, along with cardio to support endurance and overall health. I also prioritize mobility, recovery, and proper nutrition to support my workouts. As a certified personal trainer, I believe fitness should be sustainable, adaptable, and aligned with each person’s lifestyle and goals.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use the $20,000 to invest in my growth as a personal trainer and expand access to fitness and mental wellness resources for others. My goal would be to turn this opportunity into lasting impact by helping people build healthier, stronger lives. I would also love to do something special for my 2 year old niece that has been through so much in her little life.
