My favorite way to train and stay fit is by making fitness a family affair. As a millennial mom, life is busy — between responsibilities, schedules, and showing up for everyone else — so I’ve learned that fitness doesn’t have to pull me away from my family; it can bring us together. Whether it’s training with purpose in the gym, getting steps in together, or letting my kids see the discipline it takes to show up consistently, fitness has become part of our lifestyle

Part of it would go toward continuing my education in health and wellness so I can better serve and inspire other women — especially busy moms who feel like they’ve put themselves last for too long. Most importantly, I’d use it to expand my platform — to share realistic, sustainable fitness and mindset tools that help women feel strong, confident, and capable in their everyday lives. This win wouldn’t just be about a title or a prize — it would be about creating lasting impact.
