The ability to perform my job with confidence. Staying fit allows me to handle daily tasks with ease and, in the future, stay active with my future children. While physical appearance is a bonus, feeling strong and capable gives me confidence. I enjoy pushing myself with new fitness challenges and training toward specific goals, like the Boston Marathon, while maintaining strength for my job. Overall, staying healthy supports longevity and helps prevent health complications.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favourite way to train depends on my current goals. I typically focus on strength training on my days off and HIIT circuits on workdays on a regular basis. Right now, my main passion is running, which I do daily as I train for the Boston Marathon. After the race, I may pursue Hyrox or ultra-marathon training. I also enjoy walking or hiking daily and stay active through sports like hockey, golfing, and snowboarding, etc.
What would you do with $20,000?If I were to win the $20,000, I would use it responsibly to pay down existing debt and invest in a home gym to support long-term health and fitness. Any remaining funds would go toward taking time to rest and recover, recognizing that recovery is an essential component of overall health, performance, and well-being.
