I am currently a personal training manager and trainer and what feeds my passion is being involved with people that come from different backgrounds but with a similar goal to be that 1% better than yesterday. And by their journey/ lives being impacted by me they inspire and impact mine. They keep me going and fuel my desire to push through adversity, to be the best version of myself. Inside and out. Bodybuilding also pushes me to be more resilient and have a stronger body and mental health.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I do hypertrophy training for bodybuilding and strength and conditioning phases. But I truly have a passion for mobility and rehab. Due to having past experience with surgery on my left knee so I totally dont take any movement for granted. Movement is medicine.
What would you do with $20,000?Currently me and my husband would love to finally have our first house (after being in an apartment for 7+yrs) to eventually start having a family together. We would also have some saved and another portion be an investment towards a small business we would like to start. That helps bodybuilders get ready for their shows and provide the best quality service to help our fellow athletes and team!
