My daughter is the number one reason that I do this. Being healthy and fit, able to go to the park with her daily run jump, and hit the slides with her. Aside from that my clients their results and confidence they get from training. Seeing them blossom is so rewarding to me. Fitness is life and wouldn't want it any other way.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Weight training 5x a week and pilates on weekends. I enjoy anything out doors as well jogs hikes ,and boxing
