What fuels my passion is knowing firsthand how deeply fitness can rebuild a person from the inside out. It strengthened me mentally, emotionally, and physically through some of my hardest seasons. Fitness isn’t something you buy or borrow - it’s built through discipline, resilience, and commitment. Helping others develop that strength, confidence, and self-trust is what drives me every day.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love bodybuilding-style training to intentionally build strength and sculpt my body with purpose. For cardio, Zumba is my heart - I’ve taught it for over 13 years. It’s my favorite form of movement because it’s powerful, joyful, and community-driven. It’s a space to release stress, build confidence, and remind people that fitness can be both challenging and fun.
What would you do with $20,000?First, I’d invest in rest and perspective by traveling and experiencing another part of the world - something this industry rarely allows time for. Then I’d reinvest the rest into growing and scaling my coaching business so I can support more women on their health journeys. The goal would be to return refreshed and expand the impact fitness has had on my life into the lives of others.
