My passion stems from the moment I chose life over my eating disorder. Fitness didn’t just change my body, it changed who I was and gave me purpose. As an IFBB Bikini Pro and the 2025 Ms USA, my "why" is rooted in showing women they can reclaim their power through strength, grit, and self love. Seeing my coaching clients transform from the inside out fuels me every day. Bodybuilding saved my life, and I am dedicated to paying that forward.

My heart is in the weight room. There is something deeply empowering about pushing past perceived limits in the gym, and how that shows up in life outside, as well. Beyond the gym, I prioritize a lifestyle that balances elite performance with health and longevity. I love to be active and healthy. For me, training is no longer about "shrinking" myself, it’s about honoring my body and showing it gratitude.

I truly believe that my struggles had to happen in order for me to be able to have a "second chance" at life and help others. I would invest these funds into my coaching business and the women I get to serve. These funds will allow me to scale my platform, create resources, and share my message about empowerment with a wider range of women.
