What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I love bodybuilding because it’s a journey of self-sculpture and mental fortitude. There's a unique satisfaction in seeing your dedication manifest physically, in the controlled intensity of each lift. It's not just about muscles, it's about discipline, pushing past perceived limits, and building resilience. Staying fit this way provides an unparalleled sense of accomplishment and vitality that energizes every other aspect of my life.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use the money to open up my own small gym that accommodates posing sessions for my clients. I would use the rest of it to cover contest-related expenses such as entry fees for multiple shows, specialized coaching and instruction, peak week grooming (tanning, hair, makeup), travel and accommodation for national competitions, high-quality posing suits.
