I began pursuing fitness & a healthy lifestyle in college, shifting away from unhealthy habits of my youth. This ignited a lifelong passion. I started with running all distances any weather, ultimately marathons & triathlons. After having 2 kids close in age, I added weight training. Now, I mix cardio & bodybuilding 5-6 days a week. I love racing with my daughters, biking with my husband, & watching my family thrive. My passion is fueled by keeping them healthy & being a positive influence

Currently, I attend boot camp classes twice a week, body pump twice to three times a week, and hyrox once a week. I love the challenge boot camp provides. It’s the hardest class I’ve ever done. The instructor has become one of my best friends. I have become close with many others in the class and it’s become a very important time of fellowship and support.

As I’ve considered this question, it would be easy to say pay off debt and use it for our homestead. While I would do some of that, I would like to use it to bless my family with a big trip to build memories for their lives. I have two daughters and one foster daughter, and they could benefit from going exotic places, learning about other people, cultures, and ways of life. I also want to show them how different diets and exercise in different cultures work for their needs and livlihoods
