Fitness became my anchor during one of the hardest transitions of my life. As a newly divorced mom, movement gave me structure, clarity, and confidence when everything else felt uncertain. Health and nutrition aren’t just for me—they’re how I teach my daughter to respect her body, fuel it with intention, and believe in her own strength. Wellness became my foundation during the most defining season of my life & I’m forever grateful.

Strength training is my foundation—it reminds me how capable I am both physically and mentally. I love high-energy cardio sessions that challenge me and clear my mind, balanced with walks and active playtime with my daughter. Training is more than vanity, which is all children see it as these days on the “gram”, it’s how I show up strong, focused, and resilient in every area of my life, and that’s what I hope to instill in her.

I would invest in expanding my reach in health and fitness through continued education, wellness initiatives, and creating a stable, healthy future for my daughter. This opportunity would allow me to amplify my message—empowering women, young girls, and especially mothers navigating life transitions, to prioritize their health, reclaim their strength, and lead with confidence in every season of life.
