The way being fit and healthy makes me feel.. Body and mind connection. Being in control of my health and body gives me confidence and strength. I am a cancer and stroke survivor, I choose to be healthy and worked hard for it. I want to share my success story to inspired others to make the change and live to their fullest. I feel in the best shape of my life at 53 and that is my fuel. My goal is to teach fitness until I am 100 old! I am never stopping it’s the key to a happy and healthy life.

My favourite is Pilates,weight training hiking. I walk 6-10 km a day. Teach pilates 30 hrs a week.& train on all pilates asparatus weekly( mat, reformer, Wanda chair, barrel and Cadillac. I find the older I get the more I have to move I achieve my healthy balance with hiking in the forest for my soul, pilates for my strength , flexibility, mobility and posture. I would invest in more fitness & nutrition education to help others get fit and healthier. The more fitness certifications the more people I can help and inspire. I want to set up retreat with fitness and nutrition education. Fitness, educate, inspire, teach. There is so much I want to do to help others make the change. Anything is possible. Ready set go!!🙏🏻💪🫶🏻
