It is a space where I can reconnect with who I am beyond the roles I fulfill for others. It is a space where I am able to build and strengthen myself for everyone I love including me. It allows me to show up fully both physically and emotionally. It allows me to be present, patient, and resilient. I am driven by the desire to model healthy habits, self discipline, and self respect. It allows me to honor my role as a mother and wife while reclaiming my identity as a woman who chooses herself.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I love all forms of movement. I don’t limit myself to a single style of training. I enjoy mixing in strength, conditioning, pilates, classes, outdoor activities, and athletic style workouts. Whether it’s high-intensity intervals, steady-state cardio, functional circuits, meditation, or recreational activities, I appreciate how different modalities challenge my mind and body in unique ways. This variety keeps training exciting and prevents burnout, making fitness something I look forward to.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would take me and my amazing hard working husband on a fun filled vacation. A vacation where we can reconnect and put parenting and everyday responsibilities on a pause. I would also use the money to help pay off student loans so that we can be a step closer to buying a home for us our daughters.
