My passion for health and fitness is fueled by purpose. As a personal trainer, I’ve seen how strength transforms lives beyond the body. After the unimaginable repeated loss of four children, fitness became my lifeline-teaching me resilience, discipline, and hope. I now help others build strength to overcome trauma, face life’s unexpected challenges, and rise healthier, stronger, and more confident than before.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to stay trained and fit is by showing up with purpose, even on hard days. Fitness carried me through the trauma of four complicated pregnancy losses. It became my refuge, my strength, and my healing. I trained through pain, faith, and perseverance, trusting God with every step. Today, as a mother to my one-year-old daughter, I didn’t give up! I show others that resilience, faith, and consistency can turn heartbreak into strength and new life.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest the $20,000 into building programs and outreach that heal from the inside out- fitness rooted in mental resilience, self-worth, and discipline. I would help people transform trauma into strength, confidence into consistency, and health into a lifelong victory. Strong bodies. Healed minds. Changed lives.
