My fuel comes from the fighter in me the part of me that keeps showing up,refusing to surrender to life’s trials . When I was born I faced my first battle in the fight for my life. After inhaling amniotic fluid, I fought for my life with only 30% oxygen.Doctors said the outcome would depend on my will to fight and I did.Every day since, I continue to face new battles,but still I fight This is who I am What God placed in my soul A fighter called to inspire others to keep moving forward
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love to dance, I love nature so outdoor walks and almost any sport that keeps me on my feet moving. Movement is key! When I workout in a gym I like finding ways to challenge myself not only in weight but in form, technique, resistive bands, etc. anything I can do to challenge myself!
What would you do with $20,000?I want to invest in the future of women’s health and fitness by supporting mental health initiatives and using movement as a tool for healing. My mission is to help women face their battles; not shy away from them, but work through them, one day at a time. I am passionate about inspiring women to grow in their power, strengthening not only their physical bodies, but also their mental and emotional well-being.
