Longevity, I hope to be able to move and live life as freely as I do in my 30s, in my 80s.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love crossfit style workouts at home and a little friendly competition with my husband. We've also recently picked up running and made it a goal of ours to run 1 full marathon every year.
What would you do with $20,000?Paying off debt and finally starting my business helping women find their confidence again after becoming a mom. It took me a long time to learn what I know now and im still a work in progress.
