Receive Text UpdatesFitness fuels me because it keeps me grounded. I’ve been skinny, I’ve fallen off the wagon, and I’ve rebuilt myself again. Along the way I learned I’m not meant to be small — I’m built to be strong. Training gives me confidence, supports my mental health, eases anxiety, and reminds me of my power. On hard days, the gym saves me. I train for longevity, strength, and resilience.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is strength — lifting heavy sh*t and feeling powerful. While running used to be my thing, a back injury and a wrecked ankle changed that. Now I train smarter, not smaller. I mix in fun classes like Pilates, yoga, spin, F45, and even bungee workouts. Strength is my foundation, but variety keeps me moving, healing, and loving fitness for life.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20K, I’d finally take the honeymoon I never did. At my wedding I didn’t feel like myself — I was 20 pounds heavier and recovering from a back injury — so I skipped it. I’d also invest in my adaptive fitness business, expanding programs for people with cognitive and physical disabilities. One part for healing and joy, the other for building something that helps others feel strong too.
