Life can be hard, this is something I can do to control stress but also makes me incredibly happy, proud, and grateful. Exercise and a healthy lifestyle has shown me how love myself and my flaws. I am fueled by working out, family, friends and strangers who ask my advice and choose to be with me for my energy and positive vibes. I choose my women friends by those who cheer and support other women- we want you to win. As a nurse for 32 years I have witnessed the effects of unhealthy choices

My favorite is cross-fit because it challenges me. LOVE weights/strength training. I love working out in or outdoors. I played roller derby for years and since never roller skating before was a challenge and showed me if I set my mind towards a goal, I can attain it with hard work- and lots of bruises. Every day I move, take the steps, preplan my meals, and challenge myself. Walks with my husband/dogs. My kids watch me, I pray I am a good role model for this awesome lifestyle.

I know I should say something like "I would save the world". I would LOVE to use the money and learn to surf. My dad (and best friend) used to surf in Hawaii and its always been on my bucket list. I will be 55 in March and would be so grateful to take my family and 3 best friends of 48 years on a surfing adventure. Being chosen would be an in incredible honor. The money would allow us to great lasting memories, so much laughter and cool surfing stories.
