What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I like to go to our local gym and super walk daily to keep up my health and be Fit! I eat good Nutritional shakes in the morning, eat plenty vegetables and stay away from carbs as much as I can! I Take vitamins daily and have to drink my daily coffee!
