My passion for fitness is driven by the fact that I desire to be capable and strong enough to help others in any emergency situation. I continously strive to better myself so that I can be the best first responder I can be. And I love being able to pour into something for myself! Its such a great outlet for stress, and it allows me to push myself to be a better and healthier person, provider, firefighter, and partner! I love being able to educate my friends when they ask about fitness!

I love to train by lifting weights at least 3-4 times a week. And I do 30 mins to an hour of cardio every day, whether it is the treadmill, stairmaster, or assault bike. And lastly, I have a goal to go outside and do something active at least once a week. I rock climb, surf, hike, backpack, and im now getting into snowboarding !

With $20,000 I would build a better me. I live in a low income area so affording proper gym equipment and nutrition would be absolutely amazing. I am a full time college student that quite litterally has no days off. I go to school Monday-Wednesday, work Thursday- Saturday and have clinicals on Sundays, and I still find time to work out at least 6 hrs a week! This would alleviate so much for me and I would put it forward to helping my family and my friends with their fitness and wellbeing.
