Receive Text UpdatesWhat fuels my passion for health and fitness is knowing that winning feels great, but the real accomplishment comes from the work it takes to get there. Training pushes me to dig deep and lock in, build confidence, and feel proud of who I am. Being healthy isn’t just physical for me, it’s mental too! Taking care of my body and mind helps me show up strong for myself while modeling balance, discipline, and confidence for my team.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train and stay fit with a mix of movement, fuel, and recovery. I surf with my Dad in the beach town where I’m from, lift with reps and explosive vertical training, and spend significant hours each week on volleyball drills, footwork, agility ladders, and mentality training for confidence and court awareness. I fuel my body with local seafood and meat, foraged mushrooms, homegrown veggies, fruit, Strauss milk, and prioritize eight hours of sleep, heat therapy and stretching for recovery.
What would you do with $20,000?I would intentionally use this money with both gratitude and purpose. I know volleyball is a privileged sport, and I don’t take for granted how much training and support it takes to nationally compete in USAV Jr.Open Division. I would donate to Play Marin, a nonprofit that helps youth in my community gain access to volleyball, sports, and strength training, and I would also put it toward my college education so that I may pursue my dream of playing competitive volleyball at the next level.
