Motherhood is my motivation. What started as an aesthetic driven journey in my 20s has blossomed into a performance driven journey in my 30s. I train for performance & longevity, for myself & my family. I want to be able to play, run, ride bikes, carry my kids, etc., for as long as I can. By being consistent with my training, I set an example for my children. I want them to learn the importance of perseverance & that goals/dreams can become your reality if you give it your all.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Lifting, running & HIIT at ISI Elite training. Training helps fill up my cup so I can pour into my family. It gives me peace & keeps me grounded. I’m currently training for my next HYROX race & my 1st half marathon. It’s rewarding to set goals & see who I become in the process. I am driven by the pursuit of pushing beyond my limits to see what's possible and becoming the best version of myself.
What would you do with $20,000?The prize money would go to my children and my nieces and nephews to help set them up for their future. It would also mean the world to me to give back to my Dad, who has done so much for me. I lost my mom when I was 5 years old and my Dad worked so hard to raise me and my sister as a single parent.
