Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

Health and fitness are such a large part of my life. Staying active fuels me with so much more passion and energy to achieve my goals. Making the time each day for myself and pushing myself to continue to better myself is so important. I fell in love with my current gym so much that I studied to earn my Personal Trainer certification so I could help make a difference in others lives as well. I truly believe that working out each day is therapy, for not just my body, but also my mind and soul too

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I belong to an amazing fitness community ISI Elite Training. This facility has made such a huge impact on my life. It is a group based fitness program. I love having a coach push me throughout my sessions and encouraging me to push harder. What I love even more is the feeling of a team and family when working out beside other members who are all working towards common goals. I also enjoy running and anything that involves being active.

What would you do with $20,000?

Over the past 18 months, my children and I have faced major life changes, including a difficult divorce. While we’ve remained resilient, the financial strain of starting over is very real. I work full time and also part time at a gym to support my family. This $20,000 would ease that burden and allow us to continue moving forward. Every day, I model strength for my 15-year-old son and 17-year-old daughter, reminding them how strong we are together.
