My passion for health and fitness came from never fitting the mold—and never wanting to. I knew there was more for me than trying to belong where I didn’t. So I built a community rooted in authenticity, where people feel seen, supported, and strong. I help others love who they see in the mirror by being unapologetically themselves.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I stay fit through group fitness, feeding off the energy of others, which fills my cup and keeps me healthy. Rebound, HIIT, strength, dance—I love it all. That’s why I opened my studio: to create a space where people feel strong, supported, and celebrated on their fitness journey.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d use $20,000 to bring my 2026 vision to life: a functional fitness space that builds on what we’ve created, helping women feel the power of strength. A safe, supportive place to challenge their bodies, reclaim health, and rediscover themselves—so they can move freely, live fully, and feel unstoppable.
