Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

There is nothing more painful than losing a loved one due to poor lifestyle choices. My passion is fueled from losing loved ones to diseases that are preventable with a healthy lifestyle. I've lost my brother, daughter's father, both to lymphoma and a father to heart disease. These truly heartbreaking losses have ignited a fire within me to help others transform their lives to healthier versions, to live long and disease free due to healthy lifestyle choices. This is my true passion!

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I love to work out to my favorite tunes either Christian music or classic rock. It completely changes my mood and energy, when I lift. I lift hard and heavy 5-6 days a week. Even at 61 years of age, with 45 years of training under my belt, I still out-train young folks. I love super-setting as I isolate my shoulders/glutes, chest/hams, arms alone, then quads and back separately. Abs are daily and cardio is necessary to stay lean and keep the endurance up.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would definitely increase my online exposure to positively influence as many people as possible, who would benefit from a health and fitness lifestyle for a transformation. I can do this with increased online promotion with expanded advertising and equipment purchase. Most importantly I'd continue to help fund cancer research foundations in memory of my brother Blavin , my daughter's father and for children to overcome and conquer this disease once and for all!
