I decided that the story I had been given was not my future. Through consistency over perfection — listening to HER (my body), honoring seasons, and adapting with grace — I rebuilt my strength, resilience, and confidence. Health is built one choice at a time. Age is not the barrier. Women are powerful creators, and strength is available to anyone willing to begin.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My training is built around Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, strength, mobility, and conditioning. I train to be capable, resilient, and powerful for life. The real win is in the mind — knowing I am strong, adaptable, and ready for whatever life brings. I train often under the sun, grounded in nature, and build through consistency over perfection. I don’t train to look strong. I train to live strong.

What would you do with $20,000?

Create a fund to open the doors of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to women and girls who would never otherwise have access. Access to strength, confidence, and self-defence training should not be limited by money. BJJ builds resilience, courage, discipline, and sisterhood. Let's give more women and girls the chance to step onto the mats, discover their power, and change their lives.
