What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train and stay fit is weight lifting/training. Cardio is equally as important but I feel my best when my muscles are pumped and I am looking my strongest.
What would you do with $20,000?I would put the money towards my future business dreams and goals to motivate others to be better and educate them while owning the nutrishop franchise as a staple for fitness lovers to stop by and gain knowledge.
