Receive Text UpdatesHealth and fitness gave me my strength back—physically, mentally, and emotionally. At 48, I train with intention, adapting through injury and life stages without letting limitations define me. Coaching others has shown me that real health is built through sustainable habits, intelligent training, and mindset. Helping people feel strong, capable, and confident fuels me every day.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is strength training with purpose—building muscle while protecting joints and movement quality. I blend bodybuilding and functional lifts with Pilates and yoga to improve core strength, mobility, and recovery. This balanced approach keeps me strong, athletic, and resilient, and it’s how I help clients train smarter and thrive at every stage of life.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest in expanding accessible fitness education for women over 40—creating in-person and online programs, workshops, and resources focused on strength, metabolism, and sustainable habits. My goal is to help women move away from extremes and learn how to train and fuel their bodies with confidence, longevity, and balance.
