I feel like we are all connected. I had a lot of hardships in my past and I am truly lucky to be alive. I have immense gratitude for my life and fitness is what made it possible. This makes me have a burning desire to pay it forward.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Just in the gym lifting heavy weight. Resistance training is a silver bullet when it comes to longevity, and I’m not just here for a good time. I’m here for a long time too.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest it into the gym that I am building. My vision is absolute health. Lights that love on the mitochondria, plants filtering the air (so truly a jungle gym lol), no chemical paint, a place for troubled kids to train, meal prep service and catering. This is my dream. A place for moms with little babies to get back in the game. A place for men to play basketball and train Jiu jitsu- I have a vision! Help me! Lol
