To me, fitness isn’t only about the physical appearance it brings. What fuels my passion is the way it makes me feel mentally and the discipline I’ve developed, which portrays in other aspects of my life. Consistently showing up and making the gym a habit has changed my mindset in positive ways.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train would be strength training. I enjoy showing up to the gym and pushing my limits with progressive overload. One of the best parts of training in the gym is having a supportive community where everyone pushes and encourages each other. Feeling powerful mentally and physically, alongside a supportive community, is the best for staying consistent on any fitness journey.
What would you do with $20,000?If I were to be blessed to win $20,000, I would invest it in my companies. I am in the midst of building a fitness brand and an online coaching program! This support would make a huge difference in helping me grow and reach more people that want to get involved in the gym community.
