What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Strength training is my favorite way to stay fit, especially lower-body workouts that build power and confidence. I love lifting heavy, pushing past limits, and watching my body grow stronger over time. Weight training makes me feel empowered, disciplined, and mentally focused—inside and outside the gym.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest in my health, my future—covering fitness education, training resources, and creating opportunities to motivate other women and single mothers to prioritize their health while building confidence and stability.
