There’s always a reason society says it’s ok to not be fit and healthy, and there’s always a shortcut offered. But you can’t fake the hard-work a consistent fit lifestyle presents.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Strength training is magic for all things: aesthetically, sleep health, sexual health, reverse aging, battling aches and pains, prevention of more aches and pains! Lifting heavy weights is my favorite, and I spend 1-2 days a week on conditioning work. Walk every single day with my dogs and my family, and vacations are always centered around something active, mainly hiking.
What would you do with $20,000?Invest in an additional certification or two (NASM-CPT certified, currently). Anything remaining towards kids’ college funds.
