Strength training helps me develop stability and confidence, while cardiovascular activities improve heart health and energy levels. Functional movements further enhance my ability to perform daily tasks efficiently and safely.
What would you do with $20,000?With the $20,000, I would develop a comprehensive fitness and wellness program designed to support women in achieving their highest potential in both physical health and overall well-being. The program would focus on sustainable fitness practices, nutrition education, and mental wellness, providing participants with the tools, resources, and support needed to build healthy, long-term habits.
