I now coach the same methods I practice because I’ve lived the disconnect and the healing. Health isn’t about perfection; it’s about giving people tools to feel safe, strong, and empowered in their own bodies again.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Strength training is my foundation it taught me discipline, confidence, and embodiment. I pair it with walking, mobility, and nervous system work to support longevity and recovery. Training should build strength without breaking the body. My approach prioritizes consistency, and intentional movement that supports both physical and mental health.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest it into expanding accessible wellness education creating content and programs that help people heal beyond aesthetics. I’d fund resources around nervous system regulation and holistic health so more people can rebuild trust in their bodies and understand that true fitness starts from within.
