Receive Text UpdatesMy dad worked out like he was working for a body building show. He never competed but he could have. He doesn't know it but he is a big reason I want to better my fitness. I also coach gymnastics and I never want my gymnastic to think that I am not able to catch them if they fall or spot them so they feel safe doing a new skill. I want to be able to go on any adventure and not have my lack of being in shape stop me from doing it.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I have recently started biking instead of just walking and really enjoy it. I also try to lift weights 4 times a week. Now my new goal is to start working on basic gymnastic skills to get those back and then work up to harder skills.
What would you do with $20,000?I would probably start with updating my wardrobe. I haven't updated my closet much since I have lost my 50lbs. Then I would put the rest in a saving account to use at a later time.
