What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?With mental clarity, I have learned to thrive on a balance approach that combines with strength training with my own body weight. My week typically includes 3 to 5 days focusing on progressive overload 5K 10 case yoga finding ways to challenge my body every day.
What would you do with $20,000?First off when I would do a $20,000 to be honest, I would pay my aunt’s car off who is battling with cancer. Cancer sucks. I would like to build a community fitness program and have a in-home gym for females and younger generation,so others can start their fitness journey alongside me! Most of all I want the money to be donated to people battling cancer. The money isn’t for me. It’s to help others.
