Being a voice and advocating for women who desire to be healthy and need encouragement. Striving to present true reality behind dieting and exercise, while setting realistic and attainable goals. Showing that anyone can do it, no matter the obstacles. Women supporting other women is powerful, important and also extremely important in today’s world.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Bodybuilding has truly become my passion. I started out on my journey with a goal of losing 100 pounds. Weight training very quickly became a “craving”, watching my body transform, setting new goals and achieving dreams I once imagined would never be possible. To this day I continue to grow, learn and practice healthy habits in and out of the gym while working towards my Pro Card.
What would you do with $20,000?I’ve always dreamt of creating a platform, one that would be affordable for all, supporting all needs and wants of women, especially those who struggle with weight loss. Personally I’ve been there, it’s very expensive… the trainer, the gym membership, the nutritionist… it very quickly adds up and becomes overwhelming to the point of quitting before even beginning. If I could help create a program or put money into my own personal training/ nutrition program Im confident I’ll make a difference!
