Receive Text UpdatesWhen I lost the sport I loved to injury, fitness became more than training it became healing. It taught me resilience, patience, and self-trust. Now, every workout is a chance to rebuild, and every habit I share can help someone else find strength, clarity, and confidence. Health isn’t a trend for me it’s the way I turn loss into purpose.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is through the mind first. Every session begins with focus, intention, and consistency even when it’s hard. I love exploring every variation strength, cardio, mobility, recovery as a way to adapt, evolve, and grow, using each session to challenge my mindset as much as my body.
What would you do with $20,000?If I had $20,000, I’d use it to help others who feel lost or unsure, like I did after losing the sport I loved. I’d create guidance, resources, or experiences to show that growth is possible even when the path isn’t clear. I’d also share with the people who supported me through that journey lifting others and honoring those who believed in me along the way.
